Distribution Center

We are pleased to have helped survey a 110,000-square meters new regional distribution center for a well-known retailer. The scope of the project comprised chilled, frozen, and ambient storage.
Our position as a consultant/surveyor consisted of providing general contractors with pre-construction services in order to streamline quality assurance and project management prior to the main project launch.

October 2022

A 215,277 square meter commercial warehouse had ambitious plans to construct an energy-efficient distribution center with a record-breaking 3.5 megawatt (MW) solar power array, making it the largest rooftop PV array in Europe for the customer.

On behalf of our client, we were tasked with overseeing onsite quality assurance and drafting design-related technical reports.
