QA Process

Our services at Berbera Consultancy are designed to provide clients with the best possible concrete flooring solutions for their warehouses. We offer the following services to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality flooring systems.
Design and Spec Review Consultations: Our consultations are designed to identify any gaps in the client's requirements and what is being offered by the flooring contractor. We will review the design and specifications of the flooring systems to ensure that they are suitable for the client's needs.
Site Visit and Pre-Start Meeting: We will conduct a site visit to hold a pre-start meeting ahead of the concrete pour. This meeting will ensure that all parties involved in the project understand the scope of the work and the expectations of the client.
Pre-Pour, Pour, and Post-Pour Inspections: Our inspectors will be on-site to conduct inspections during the pre-pour, pour, and post-pour stages of the project. We will provide daily reports at the end of each day to keep the client informed of the progress of the work.
Final Inspection Report and Sign-Off: Once all of the flooring has been laid, we will conduct a final inspection of all the flooring and produce a final inspection report with sign-off. The report will detail the condition of the flooring and any necessary repairs that need to be made.
Certificate of Compliance: After 12 months, we will attend to do a final inspection and offer a final sign-off with a certificate of compliance. This certificate will confirm that the flooring has been installed to the highest standards and is compliant with the latest industry standards, including the TR34 4th addition.
